Invooza

An AI invoicing and brand platform for freelancers and small businesses. Users create branded PDF invoices by chatting with an AI assistant or filling a form, generate a logo, publish a one-page website on their own subdomain, and email invoices to clients.

Pressure

Freelancers and small businesses juggle separate tools for invoices, a logo, a website and client follow-up, and retype the same client and pricing details on every invoice.

System

A Next.js web app on a NestJS and PostgreSQL API. An OpenAI-powered assistant drafts invoices from plain language using each account's saved clients, items and tax, discount and currency rules. Invoices render to branded PDFs, websites publish to per-user subdomains, and files are stored on S3.

Outcome

In production at invooza.com: AI and form-based invoicing, a library of PDF invoice templates, logo generation, a website builder, saved clients and items, advance-payment tracking, and invoice email delivery, all in one account.
